Susie Q (April 2009)

My husband and I adopted a Humane Society cat named Susie Q at PetSmart last Saturday and wanted to send a couple of pics. She's a little shy, but has a good time sitting in the screen windows at night or venturing out onto the screened in porch. Thanks for a great cat!

Trevor (April 2009)

Hello,

Trevor is doing beautifully here at his new home. He is wonderful with our grandson and all adults, is eating well, bathrooming outside except for twice, and loves to be walked. He loves the afghan as his spot to lie down and we have another in the computer room he used today, his new toys, and has slept through the night both times even though I didn't the first night.

We want to thank you for thinking so highly of us and for letting us be his new parents. He is our new baby and at ages 53 and 55, what a surprise! As my son says, our house won't be quiet anymore.

Moxie (Stella) (April 2009)

Hello all!

We just wanted to give you an update and some pictures of our new cat that we adopted through PetSmart in Vestal. We fell in love with a cat named Stella in February, and are so excited that we got the chance to bring her home! Her new name is Moxie, and she sure has a lot of it! She loves to play with her new brother Zeta, and they have a lot of fun with each other. Every once in a while we catch them snoozing together, so we are very happy they are getting along so well. Moxie has been a wonderfully funny addition to our family, and she has really come out of her shell. Her first vet visit went very well, and our experience with adoption could not have been better. I would recommend the Humane Society to anyone looking to adopt, it was a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you so much for keeping Moxie safe and healthy until she could come to her forever home!

Sincerely,
Nick and Courtney Bundga

Smudge (Freedom) (April 2009)

I just thought you folks might like to see a dog who was adopted a few years ago from the Binghamton Humane Society. He started out his new life at the shelter as "Freedom" but for the past few years he's been known as "Smudge" (and "Sludge" when he gets wet!) He's still my best buddy, loves his toys and just enjoys as many hugs and scritches as he can get. He's my sweet doofus! Anyway, here he is! Whatta guy!

Naiche (April 2009)

I've been meaning to send you these pics since last summer. I especially like the one with Cochise spraying Naiche!

Naiche is doing great! He was just starting to enjoy the hose late in the season, maybe this year he'll get in the pool! He finally put a few pounds on, - Dr. Labrecque calls him a "healthy skinny" and said that they are finding out that thin dogs live up to two years longer. We hope so, he continues to be a source of joy and laughter in the household!
